President Trump may choose to call someone a “traitor,” for breaking with him politically. However, the use of this word should not be tossed around as lightly, as both you and the president see fit to do so. Treason is specifically defined, in the Constitution, Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
