Sounds like american companies should he held accountable for hiring illegal wage slaves instead of paying a decent wage that would incentives americans to come work

Rich people love cheap labor.

  1. You come here illegally you get deported because it’s a criminal act to enter the country illegally. This isn’t Fair to all of the legal immigrants that came here legally. No ifs ands or buts! Cut and dry not complicated at all!

    • Yes, but you are supposed to get a hearing before you are deported. It is the LAW.

trump skips that part – just like he skips anything legal when he blows up boats that aren’t even near the US. And why did those two guys who survived get sent home? No trial for them, yet they were supposed to be drug smugglers! Oh right – maybe they weren’t, and boy, would they blab if they were not let go!

      • Tell that to the DUMBASS LynetteMT.
That DUMBASS doesn’t know or dont care about the LEGAL CONSTITUTION.
        LynetteMT, just a DUMBASS !!!

        • She’s from California, what do you expect? All you have to do is look at the stupid idiot bags of garbage Californians elect to run their worthless state into the ground.

        • Earnest T Bass – feel better calling people names? What are you – five years old?

If you live in a less wealthy state you might be getting your perks from California, fourth largest economy in the world.

“In FY 2024, the federal government collected around $5.07 trillion from states and their residents through taxes on individuals and businesses and redistributed about $4.87 trillion back to states and residents through programs like Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, food stamps, and education grants.”

“The balance varies by state: Californians paid about $275.6 billion more to the federal government than they received, while Virginians received about $89.0 billion more than they paid. ”

      • Supposed to my ASS !!!
What country on this planet will give you a hearing before they deport you ?
        NONE you DUMBASS !!!

And NO its not the LAW!!!!
        DUMBASS

      • This whole mess wouldn’t even be an issue if the corrupt,anti-american Demonrats administration didn’t open the border and allow millions to enter illegally

          • so you want these illegals to come here – take jobs at lower pay get free health care welfare – did you know in nyc they were given gift cert amounting to $10,000 and living in the most luxurious hotels that most citizens cannot afford to spend the night – many are good people and many came here for the freebies and many are criminals and mentally ill that were sent here by their countries to get rid of their rift raft – wake up honey – their is a legal way to come here – our country became great because we welcomed immigrants but you had to have a sponsor – a promised job – something to offer the country and not a free pass – no welfare and no free health care – illegals should not get anything that citizens are not given

      • Many of those being deported have long standing removal orders meaning they already had their due process and orders to be deported thru a judge.

      • They did not apply legally, why would they get deported legally. They want to waste time. Half these judges are not even actual legally judges.

  2. People who come here legally usually look for better jobs than illegal immigrants can get. The legal ones are probably better educated, know more about the culture here, have contacts. Not having legal status here must make life so hard in so many ways. Many of them come as teenagers to earn money to send home to their families – compared to teenagers here they are sometimes very noble. Even though I am a Mayflower descendant, I am not cruel, selfish or blind, I hope.

  3. The illegal workers need to be deported, there is a right way and a wrong way to enter the country. If you choose to cross the border illegally then back you go. The business owners need to be fined for every illegal they have employed, having them loose the business though would defeat the purpose of removing the illegals to have them hire US Citizens so it’s a fine line but there does need to be accountability. After all they hired slave labor to get richer, had nothing to do with quality of work.

  4. No country allows unauthorized entry of people from other countries. To preserve their sovereignty, all countries require some type of process to enter. Democrats used illegals as a voter base to rig elections in America. They don’t care about laws or America, they just want to be in power — at any cost. They have literally sold us out.

  5. They come here for a better life draining our tax payers dollars that we built. America is not in the business of handouts. As we have seen when our people need assistance there is nothing for them because these free loaders have drained our reserves. True some work many don’t

    • Brian, I worked for a company that hired undocumented people. Every year they got a new Social Security number. All the money THEY paid to SS went into the money pot for Social Security recipients. THEY get NOTHING when they retire – but you and I get that money.

  6. Yes, undocumented immigrants in the United States are constitutionally guaranteed due process of law before they can be removed from the country. The U.S. Constitution’s Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments use the word “person,” not “citizen,” and the Supreme Court has consistently ruled that these due process protections apply to all individuals physically present within U.S. borders, regardless of their immigration status.

Key Due Process Rights in Deportation Proceedings

Due process in the context of immigration (which is a civil, not a criminal, matter) typically includes:

Notice of charges: The individual must be informed of the reasons the government seeks to remove them via a charging document called a Notice to Appear (Form I-862).

An opportunity to be heard: The individual has the right to a hearing before an immigration judge to present evidence and testimony, call witnesses, and contest the government’s claims.

Right to legal representation (at own expense): Immigrants have the right to hire an attorney, though, unlike criminal cases, one is not provided by the government if they cannot afford one.

Interpretation services: Immigration courts are required to provide qualified interpreters for all proceedings.

Appeal rights: Adverse decisions by an immigration judge can be appealed to the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in some cases, to federal circuit courts.

  7. Momdani YES! End the right wing BS…. give it 4 years and see the results. Oh yeah, Faux wants you to believe it will be different.

  8. Momdami won AND Prop 50 in California! If Texas wants to exclude voters, we can too! I hope all the blue States will do the same.

  9. No, no, no. You are an illegal alien you do not have “no criminal record at all.” Being an illegal alien IS a crime. Don’t lie.
