Here’s the the thing: as long as they’re breathing they will be aggressively violent. Believing you have them on their knees so you’re in a winning position is a mistake. They will never stop. It is a deadly mistake trusting you can treat a terrorist regime the same as other types of governments. They’re happy to die.
