It would not be fair to arrest Employees the way the law is wrote Many illegals have a Green card and government number that is NOT legal but by the time it takes to get it check out and rid them it take a while Then they just move on to the next job . If you are here working and you snuck in America the you should be picked up and shipped out. And if you are an employer and are hiring them and paying them under the table then you should be in trouble for hiring them like fines for every one of them you hired if caught and possibly loose your business License for a time like depending on how many you had working for you the more you hire the longer you loose your license.

Almost all companies, big or small, know full-well that these people are in the country illegally unless they have a valid work visa (government issued). They accept obviously fake ID’s presented to them under the excuse that ‘it’s a government ID’, so it’s OK. They pay the illegals less wages and don’t pay FICA taxes or health insurance and pocket the difference. Start prosecuting business owners who hire illegals.
Im against people entering this country illegally. But we have able body citizens sitting on their asses and collecting welfare. Now these lazy people are protesting.
