None of these people understand this. Hakeem endorsed Mamdani before the mayoral election. THEY MADE A DEAL. Hakeem told Mamdani he would help legitimize his candidacy by endorsing him if Mamdani would support his bid for reelection and speaker.

Big promises by a psycho socialist only to be betrayed. Seems like something like this happened about 90 years ago when a Socialist racist, like Zohran, promised all kinds of prosperity and peace. The prosperity came, but it was for the purpose of creating a war machine. The peace came after the country was destroyed and split for about 43 years and still has some foreign armies occupying it. Failure to learn the lessons of past mistakes means you’re doomed to repeat them. Way to go, NYC. Now YOUR city will be destroyed.
I think what’s funny about this whole situation is the Democratic Party never said one word while mandummy was running for mayor and now that he’s in they’re all saying well we can’t support this. We can’t support that. Why didn’t they bring this up prior to the election but we all know why simply because they just want a Democratic mayor in power and they’ll do anything to make sure that happens
