What Rep. Salazar is actually saying is that she supports violating the constitution, that IS THE LAW OF THE LAND, by the way. Art. 6, clause 2. READ IT!!! She should be relieved of all duties and privileges of a representative, to be advocating the violation of our, the people’s laws within their constitution. There should be NO leeway, BUT A LOSS OF POLITICAL POSITION IMMEDIATELY for a rep. who willfully, intentionally and knowledgebly violates or suggests the house ITSELF votes on a violation of the constitution—BOTTOM LINE—PERIOD. If these reps. want to amend the constitution on this BLACK LETTER LAW on immigration, then they must come back to the people to have our AGREEMENT that the constitution amended. But the thing is, they KNOW the majority of people wouldn’t go along with such a dangerous amendment, so they, instead, go to media with stupid rationales that have so many ‘holes’ in reasoning or even debate, that it’s ridiculous. Disgusting!
let me explain, hopefully briefly as to the constitution at Art. 6, clause 2. What it in essence is saying, is that congress must keep within the bounds given it in the constitution. Otherwise, it is operating outside it’s bounds and in violation to the law of the land.
Now, there is no vehicle for foreigners to come into this country, but I suppose the proponents argue the 14th amendment. But the 14th amendment was written in the civil war era, when D.C. bade the slaves of southern owners to come to D.C. for protection against the southern slaves holders. Well, the former slaves came and thus the 14th amendment was inducted ( dishonestly–but another story ) to make former slaves protected by the federal government there within. And the 13th amendment now makes total sense about who these group of people were, if you read it.

As those of you who keep up with the news, Trump just won the decision of the supreme Court on the issue of children born in this country as ‘naturalized’ or not. And both Trump and his attorney went on air to state that that referred ONLY to children of former slaves in the D.C. area who were born while in D.C.
It’s all there, but most people aren’t aware of history or of the telling case holdings that would make all this clear.
So Rep. Salazar is clearly unconstitutional in her assumption that all foreigners have a status in this country. It sure isn’t one under the 14th amendment, put in place ONLY for former slaves in the south. And further, there’s no language anywhere in our constitution that would allow for their coming here and to have protection at all, that I’ve ever read.
