My wife and I used to visit Cracker Barrel whenever we were traveling (we were full-time RVers). We loved the restaurants mainly because of the nostalgia and good food. After a splendid meal we enjoyed wandering around the store.
But now that we have been made aware that primarily certain groups, and not ALL people have to be identified and promoted, we will find other restaurants to spend our money.
What the CEO is doing used to be called discrimination.

I totally agree with what you posted. Often we would meander through the store looking at the treasures many with nostalgia. Now, not going. I’ll not return to a sanitized CB despite their returning to the original logo. They purged not only the culture of CB, but the customers, too.
I used to love cracker barrel, but just want gp anymore. She turned it into Political, anti white BS, that liberals have been playing. Not wroth the time, effort or money to go. I’ll miss the pancakes and other fares, but can’t deal with the woke mentality.
I have abandoned CB. They are too woke and discriminatory. I will not expose my family to that. And I will not support discrimination.
Does nobody remember star bucks refusing to send US troops coffee because “star bucks does not agree with any military conflicts” this company makes millions off Americans. Me either, I will never drink a starbuck coffee, ever. The military personal was paying for the coffee also.
My wife once bought a cup of Starbuck’s crap and it was the WORST cup of coffee she ever had. I just took her word for it so I’ve never drank that roasted shit. Also, the Red Cross was charging American Military personnel for coffee and donuts while the Salvation Army was providing those items for free during WW2. I don’t have anything to do with the Red Cross, either.

Every board member from Cracker Barrel should be fired or voted off the Board Of Directors. Their decisions were terrible for the amount of money they make. All the directors should have to pay back the 700 Million that was spent to remodel Cracker Barrel.
The least the Board could do is experiment with maybe six locations to see if the new change works. You do not change what is not broken.

Yup, our local “Cracker Barrel” has closed – almost unnoticed, certainly unheralded. It’s a shame – it was a pleasant place to go for a generally satisfying meal and now… Well, it’s gone. And this pathetic excuse for a CEO is $7 million/year richer. And, as a retired lawyer, I’m wondering how this would break down in a lawsuit for “breach of fiduciary duty”. All those Board Members who hired this lady and who approved her stupidity and who financed her efforts to destroy the brand? Well, please let me get this in front of a jury. Please.

Cracker Barrel has always been my favorite restaurant. The nostalgia and the food just go hand in hand. I won’t spend another dime of my money in that restaurant.
