I live in Oklahoma I rent a 3 bedroom with a sun room 1 bath for $775 per month. It is 80 years old but was recently remodeled. My landlord owns 12 rental homes and are all occupied by blue collar workers like myself. He doesn’t charge market value because he actually cares about his renters. I feel very fortunate.
