The Justice system doesn’t work like that. There are backlogs. They can go on for years. They will file a motion. Plead not guilty. Have to hire lawyers. There are books and books of what a person can and cannot do. What a lawyer can and cannot do. Applying for Social Security takes years, and years. Even with good records. With politicians and bureaucrats expect extra delays. Obama and Hillary should be at the top of the list. Then the Judges have backlog. Look at murderers and other crimes. Years. Sometimes decades.
