If Scamdani freezes the rent, he also has to freeze the school and property taxes, utilities, insurance, and freeze the destructive mandates coming out of Albany.
This man is evil. People of NYC were absolutely crazy for voting for him. Those of you who voted because he promised everything for free are in for a rude awakening. Just wait and see the hell your going to end up living.
sclerogirl, I agree. Scamdani is evil. He’s a smiling devil. He’s intent on destroying NYC any way he can. The young and dumb voted for him because he promised free everything; free buses, free childcare, free college tuition, a rent freeze. The thing is, there’s no money for any of that.
