SPEAK to over the road truckers who have had wrecks because they don’t speak English. My cousin who drives trucks carrying cattle, told me about a foreign driver who PARKED his truck in the left turn lane in a small town, and got out to go get coffee. The middle of the ROAD, left turn lane. DOT caught him, $750.00 fine. Yes, it gets worse. Undocumented driver killed three due to his not driving safely. A woman and her two children died because he couldn’t read road signs. Racism or negligence or incompetence or insanity?
