Time for Trump to support the Kurds in NW Iran to establish their own autonomous region that they have been fighting for over a century. They have been fighting the Islamic regime in Iran since 1979 and were a solid ally during Desert Storm and the Iraq War until both Bushs’ abandoned them. A good ally in that region would give the U.S. a strategic and tactical base of operations for future use.
