As far as Federal taxes go, that describes ‘Legalized Theft!’ How was America able to survive, much less grow into a behemoth country all the way up to 1913 without some individual tax? Lincoln instituted an income tax to help fund the Civil War; however, it was discontinued thereafter!
The democrat “powers” control the majority of the elected democrats. They dictate how they will act, how they will vote or else.
