Start treating them like the Invading Army they are. Invaders only have the Geneva Convention Rights and since they Are Not American Citizens they do not have Constitutional Rights mainly because the United States of America’s Constitution was written strictly for its Citizens. Until the United States of America’s Constitution starts containing words like Non-Citizen or Illegal Alien then they are not covered. Our Laws in Immigration also plainly state that No Known Criminal shall be permitted to stay within our borders unless in a Prison or Jail serving their time for the Crime or Crimes they have committed and upon completion of their sentence shall immediately be removed from the United States.
