If one has ever been in Mexico, and I mean the deep part of Mexico , you would see a marked change. I have been south of Acapulco . I flew into Mexico City, and bussed to Cuernavaca , drove to Acapulco then further south. I was in a car when stopped by Federales with machine guns, and we proceeded on. Never had any problems. Today? Hangings of people who went against the cartels. Acapulco is a cesspool. Cuernavaca is OWNED by the cartels. The MEXICAN GOVERNMENT is owned. Communist/Cartels. El Presidente is as corrupt as the cartels.
