Sounds like workplaces are getting more professional, sounds like a good thing to me.

  1. What is with people? That is why common courtesy classes should be required in schools and colleges. Not this DEI, Woke, CRT, and transgender nonsense. This immaturity and arrogance is nauseating. I see some in government and businesses that have no common sense. They think they are better than everyone. Owed something. In the real world, you are owed nothing. Most of these people do not know what it is to actually struggle. That is why they act like this. Any hint of actually making an effort to work or doing something positive and not expecting something in return is foreign. Spoiled brats. I see some that are older now. Been given the easy way out for so long, they expect it. Blame others for not kissing their rear ends. The only way to correct this is to put them in a class that teaches responsibility and effort is not always rewarded. Effort is key. Put God first. Remember we are all sinners and we owe everything we have because of God. Sent his only begotten son to be crucified in our place. If we confess our sins. Ask for forgiveness. Get Baptized. Then God gives the Holy Spirit for understanding. Otherwise you are lost, cannot understand, or go to Heaven. Wipes out the arrogance.

  2. Ghetto victim hood. It never ends.Outraged by everything, responsible for nothing.Where is the family foundation? How are these people raised? They contribute nothing.

  3. Employers are cleaning house, I worked, before I retired for a company that believed in DEI hiring. Needless to say that some people found out that there were rules that the company followed to the “T” for them to follow, as well as everyone else. So, not at work and or late to work or leaving anytime, repeatedly, the employer frowns upon. And this was a union shop, but that still doesn’t matter. It just makes the company take proper steps before they got rid of these people who HAD less than perfect attendance. But the company still won, and as far as I know they may still be hiring this way. But, yes I overheard many excuses of those who were terminated after their brief employment.

  4. I saw one black woman who showed up in house shoes for a job interview. She also was walking on the back part of the shoe, hair bonnet, and wrinkled blouse.
    She was sent home without an interview.

    • Good for that company and it doesn’t make any difference her color. Proper work attire no matter what the position is is critical. It shows respect, as does being on time for work.

  5. What? A black person…and a woman to boot…cries racism.. Never heard of that ever happening before.. What is the world coming to?

  6. IF you come in late, you wear things that are not professional , well that’s a good way to be fired. Stop complaining, get your act together and stop acting like the world owes you anything. The world was here first.
