Asthma?? She is talking , she is telling the police , then screams , then argues so more, now she has chest pain.
The Medics were negligent when she said her chest was hurting they should have taken her to the hospital. She had no right to refuse transport. She was a prisoner. She said she had a history of Asthma and had complained of DIB and chest pain. An officer could have rode with her. I would say if she had a lawsuit it would have been against the Medic unit. Regardless you can’t fix stupid.
