It looked like he was unarmed by one of the agents when there was an unintentional discharge of the firearm. I believe when the shot was heard, an agent believe he was being fired upon and returned fire. It looks like a tragic accident that should have been avoided. Hopefully, cooler heads will prevail. If you are a protester, please remain calm and follow the instructions given by law enforcement. That way, everyone can can go home safe.

Thatās an invalid argument. Oneās occupation has no bearing whatsoever on how virtuous the person is. An ICU nurse could be just corrupt as any other occupation. What I WOULD expect, or at least hope for, is that someone in this occupation would have some degree of common sense – a trait that I would think is critical to their job. Being an agitator in the middle of a law enforcement operation is not indicative of any degree of common sense. Was the shooting justified? We have no way of knowing at this point. But what IS known is that NO ONE would be dead if the victim had used common sense and avoided the situation to begin with. Those who argue otherwise are likely hoping for more casualties to āvalidateā their cause.

I donāt blindly support all law enforcement – there are good cops and bad cops, just like in every other occupation. Are some cops trigger happy? Absolutely. Whether that was the case here is impossible to determine at this point. Both sides are making bold claims to support their agenda, and with the heavy reliance on AI these days, we can no longer trust what we āseeā. But beyond the issue of who did what, there is one known fact that anyone with half a brain and a desire for self-preservation should acknowledge. If you donāt want a situation to escalate into violence, donāt f**k with people who have guns – thatās just common sense. These fools on the left who continue to get into the faces of law enforcement are tempting fate. Regardless of their constitutional rights, theyāre just as dead when the smoke clears. And other than acting as a martyr and rallying point for other like-minded fools, these deaths serve no real purpose. Paid agitators need to realize that theyāre gambling with their lives, and those employing them are only too happy to sacrifice them for the ācauseā. As someone else here already noted, we desperately need for cool heads to prevail in all of this, at least until more facts come forward. Anything else will just result in more unnecessary death and injury, likely on BOTH sides. America is on the brink of total insanity, and no one apparently has the discipline to stop it.
The ICU man was helping the woman up who an officer shoved to the ground. Let’s not forget that part. This tells you something about that officer as she was no physical threat to them.
You have to ask why U.S. Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino, blocked the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the normal agency that would be part of the investigation of this shooting.
This is the second time that the normal agencies that would not be allowed to be part of the investigation. That happened with the Good shooting as well.
Plus the area of the shooting was not cordoned off and evidence saved. Bystanders were not questioned. This too is not normal.
