my mother is 66 years old and she said that back in her day you would not do something like this to the teacher because not only was the teacher allowed to beat you but you would end up getting a phone call to your parents and when you get home you would get beat so bad you would not be able to sit down for a week. she said they dint tolerate disrespect back in the day when you were told something by an adult you were expected to do it. of course her days were more like the walton days when things were domesticated.
Charge him as an adult and also charge him for elderly abuse. Felony charges should be filed
The teacher should have sent the kid to the principal’s office and then made to call his parents to come get his phone and explain what he was doing to get caught with the phone, or just call the police, have the kid picked up and put in a holding cell until his parents came to pick him up. Fine him and hold a court date, have him make a public apologize to the teacher, then serve time on community service, cleaning up the town or helping elderly that need help around their home. The reason these kids do crap like this, there is no punishment for this type of crime.
Usually if a punk, did that to a teacher, they would not be coming back to that school, again. More than likely be arrested too,they don’t put up with that crap around here.Kids are so ignorant today nbbecause they don’t want to learn but rather screw off instead,that’s their mentality with this woke culture.
