The reason Hunter Biden was indicted on the gun and tax charges was to apply pressure on Hunter to turn States evidence on Joe and the extended Democrat Crime system. With the blanket pardon in place, Hunters fifth amendment cover is rescinded. If called before Congress and he refuses to answer questions, contempt of Congress go to jail. If Hunter lies, its a spanking new fresh felony for which he is NOT exempted, go to jail. This blanket pardon may in fact be the rope they hang themselves with.
