Putin invaded the Ukrainian provinces of the Donbas and Crimea in 2014 to re-take strategic ports on the Black Sea and agricultural land. He is an expansionist dictator that wants to regain Soviet Russia’s former client-states. Putin is following Hitler’s path in the late 1930’s where he bullied weak European and American governments to get his way. obama was a weak POTUS and Putin saw that and exploited it. During Trump’s first term, Putin didn’t do anything towards Ukraine. Once FJB became POTUS, Putin again made his move by invading the Donetsk in 2022. Weakness encourages aggression. Trump won’t be bullied. That strength will benefit Ukraine and Europe in the long run.

So what if he did! Russia fears invasion because Russia has a history of foreign aggression and fears that Nato will retaliate. The only problem is that Russia don’t know how far they can go or what line in the sand they can cross. That’s all fine except for the fact that Russia knows for sure they cannot invade a member of NATO without far reaching and devastating consequences like WWII. ALL invading Ukraine has done is show how hollow Russian forces really are. We have poor weak little Ukraine to thank for showing the rest of the world how poor the Soviet military really is. We can even thank Ukraine for reminding Americans that freedom is worth fighting for and dying for,a lesson our Founding Fathers knew well. Putin can’t even run a good bluff now. We absolutely should help Ukraine obliterate Russian and North Korean forces so that the risk of world wide war with Russia is decreased even further. Russia has become a third world country with nukes. If their nukes are like the rest of their deteriorating armed forces, they are not a dependable force either. As much as I hate Communism, I will tip my hat towards Communist China for vastly improving the lives of most Chinese people in a material sense and in the quality of their totally modern national infrastructure. As long as you don’t piss off the Communist government, or are not in an ethnic or religious group blacklisted by the Communist government, the mainland Chinese have far better lives in a material sense than do the people of Russia. They don’t have true personal or economic freedom or or a democratic government but they are still better off than North Koreans and Russians and even most people in India. It is a shame how the standard of living for the people of Russia has gone down since Russia invaded Ukraine. It wasn’t great before then. It’s even worse now.
Russia should withdraw all forces from Ukraine and Crimea.
Russia should surrender it’s nukes and disarm.
Putin should resign and surrender to the International Court for war crimes.
North Korean forces should go back to North Korea.
Only then will Russia know peace and begin to move forward again as a nation.
