This is what I think. Epstein tried to hang himself with bed sheets. Someone went in there and finished the job. He had broken hyoid bones and broken bones in his neck according to Dr. Michael Baden who has done over 22,000 autopsies. He is pointing to strangulation. So it was a suicide attempt and murder rolled into one cause of death.
