Not regime change! He gave them a stern warning if things didn’t get fixed, the same thing happened to Maduro would happen to them. Trump, I believe, is the first president I’ve heard of trying this approach. Too much change all at once is the problem with regime change. Nobody knows where the levers of power are when it changes overnight.
