I don’t like that the US dollar isn’t backed by gold. Crypto is like the story The Emporer’s New Clothes. People pretend that it is worth something because other people say it’s worth something. But what actual value does it have? In the end of days, the Bible talks about a cashless society. I like the convenience of my debit card, but that is still backed by my real money. I have $5 in crypto that I won. I have seen it worth as little as $2.68 and as much as $6.12. I don’t understand the fluctuation, and no one can explain it to me in a way that makes sense. I’ll stick with cash, thanks anyway.
