Mel Gibson was on the Laura Ingraham show yesterday where he said (paraphrasing): “How can anyone be this incompetent (Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass)? One has to wonder if it was on purpose. Who knows?” He brings up an interesting point. Is it really just incompetence?
