I have clinical depression. It gets very severe at times. I am 35 years old now, happily married with a daughter. If I would have accepted “MAID” when I was young, naive, and hopeless (because I didn’t know any better and thought it would never get better), I wouldn’t be here today. This is sick, depression is hard but it DOES NOT last forever, and it can be held at bay. Maybe the people pushing MAID should take their own advice. Don’t give up and God speed.
