No, SCOTUS did NOT “demand” his return! They ordered Trump to “FACILITATE” (help in) his return. Had they “demanded” that word would have been “EXICUTE” his return. There’s a.vast difference in that wording. Research it! The Court recognized that the lman is a Salvidorian and currently under the control of his legal residency, where Trump can only negotiate a return.
