She should be disbarred and removed from the bench. Upholding the constitution is a core requirement to be a judge in this country.
The Judge should be disbarred, immediately. Unfortunately this is NY. Have been waiting 15 months and counting for my CCW permit.

She most likely was named judge because as
attorney she did not have any clients to sustain
her law business then was named to be a Judge
on account of being an “ethnic diversity”. I do
sympathize with her because as a minority in the
white men’s world of judiciary has to encounter
the ever prejudice of not being white. A judiciary
