Cajun Navy, Amish, all donators of materials, food, heat, propane, animal food, shelter, all volunteers who have been there every day for NC. Bridges built, roads rebuilt, Trailers donated, brought in, cold weather prep, tents, cooking for volunteers and survivors. All of these things were done by Americans NOT FEMA!
