As a black man I agree with you Candace. There’s a divide between the educated blacks and uneducated blacks. The uneducated seem to make decisions based on emotions, how a situation makes them feel. Educated blacks make decisions based on logic and reason. And it seems to be the case amongst all races not just the black race.
