What many of you do not know , is that this has been going on for DECADES. I worked in a business with a guy who came here in his teens, NEVER seeked citizenship. He retired on State of Texas/U.S. Government S.S. His two sons were “born here” , and they were 22 and 25 .
Another scenario , is a very successful Tex-Mex restaurant with 20 locations, and the man who started it was here “ILLEGALLY” . This came about around 1950 . Some illegals do well. Yet , they are still “breaking the Law” Biden!!!!!
If he’s so successful at business, then why didn’t he stay in his own country and be successful.

Biden ignores the supreme court rules and breaks the law all the time. Biden is back to paying off student loans despite the fact the supreme court and lower courts have said it is illegal 7 times now. So if the president can ignore the USA laws then why not everyone else.
Texas shoudl absolutely ignore all of the feds demands and they shoudl arrest any fed people who do not comply with the Texas laws including border agents, the FBI and marshals. when they say: “I will be out of here in a hour” simply refuse any bail and add threatening a office to the charges.

I can see the point of their decision, for as long as Texas is still part of the Ussa, the border of the Ussa belongs to and is the responsibility of the Federal Government. I do not know how far into Texas it extends. However, the feds can only enter into a state at the invitation of the state. Once the feds are allowed in, they can take control. So if the feds are kicked out of Texas, they’ll have to find another way to get to the federal border other than crossing through Texas. Also, if Texas succeeds from the Ussa, then the border would no longer be to the South of Texas, it would be to the West, East, and North. But not to the South, as Texas would then border Mexico.
