Frankly, I don´t agree with this line of questioning, which by design prompts the answer the interviewer is looking for. Over my 77 years, I observed that Blacks get progressively more advantages and they seem to be drilled by politicians and especially black leaders to buy into the victim role and thereby believe that they can´t do better. Just look at professional sports. Mostly all Blacks and multi-millionaires. Yes, Blacks had a very hard time in America when they were brought over from Africa. But this was 3-400 hundred years ago.
It´s time to move on.
