Never happen. Many African blacks are racist against their fellow African blacks. Then there’s the fact that the Arab north Africans were the ones who sold the blacks Africans into slavery to white slave traders a couple hundred years ago. Something that US History text books refuse to admit to. Uniting the African countries into one is like trying to unite all the North American countries into one giant United States.
