I can’t understand how anyone could abandon a little pup like this. He’s such a brave, sweet dog. Only psychos leave a tiny pup on their own with no thought or care for anything other than themselves. Don’t get a pet if you can’t care for them emotionally or financially. Thank you for rescuing him and giving him the life he deserves.
Abandoning pets need to be counted as a criminal offence.
