Trump opened the Pandora’s Box when he refused to transfer the powers of the President’s Office to Joe Biden which they are stating in a separate case thet caused the riots. Weather it was set up or not, Trump fell into this huge pile of dung all on his own.
Wow, what a nice story. Power was passed to Biden on inauguration day with no delay. Trump was investigating voter fraud, which has been proven to have happened. Whether the fraud resulted in Biden’s election is not known. I will assume you remember the Bush vs Gore election investigation? Was that also “insurrection”? Did it push the “end of democracy”?
