Are you sure they cant afford groceries? If you look up the biggest mall in the world in Tehran only last year it was thriving. Businesses were booming and the women were shopping, alot of them appearing not to be Muslim at all. At the very least, not wearing any of the garb. Videos are all over Youtube of this mall. Its no secret. It puts American malls of late to shame. So the economy was booming only a year ago and now its so high no one can afford to go out? Are you sure? Something is not jivin.
