Ukraine is spending money faster than our own government can spend on our country and no one can tell what it’s being spent on. Every audit fails to show any results of where the money goes.
A simple solution would be giving Ukraine a Government a pre-set limit debit card type card where each amount spent would show what it’s being spent on or for automatically no need for an audit it would appear every month on a statement from Ukraine’s government debit account which would have a limited amount of money to spend if our government wants Ukraine to have $1 billion dollars in aid then replenish their debit card but only if the debit account shows what the last amount of our money that went to Ukraine is clearly accounted for. If there’s any ambiguous amount spent and it’s not clearly stated why or on what it was spent on then get that money clearly accounted for every penny spent shouldn’t be wasted on frivolous claims of the government spending on something like covering 1,000 salaries of government employees, isn’t good enough who were these government employees what were their jobs their functions and what did each government service did each employee provide
It’s so simple I can’t wait to hear why it will not work. You can bet it will be a long drawn out explanation and loaded upfront with can’t do for security reasons or some such nonsense if it’s that secret then it should be available to our government officials in charge of the intelligence agencies so even if our government tries to hide dollars behind some sort of special operation or other secret operation the intelligence agencies would still know where the money went and why
