This is what it is truly all about. Some people have the knowledge and fore thought to help other people not just themselves.
to quote John Wayne “Courage is being scared to death but saddling up anyway” like the father, I take my hat off to you
to the person who was worried about having an armed teacher……the guy was NOT AT SCHOOL with a gun. He was a private citizen at home. As far as having an armed teacher, I personally think it is a great idea to have select, trained armed teachers. It means the school is not such a soft target
Anyone who does not support the 2nd Amendment, that is YOUR right to give up your Constitutional Rights but DO NOT expect or demand, everyone else to give up their Constitutional Rights? It is quite absurd to believe that criminals follow any ‘no gun zone’ signs. Of course, delusional people will go to a school and cause harm to others because it is a NO-GUN ZONE! I believe that ALL schools should either have trained armed security or firearm-trained teachers and advertise that fact. I also believe that this method would eliminate or greatly reduce this type of violence at schools. Any time I see schools and businesses advertising that they are a ‘NO GUN ZONE,’ I shake my head and wonder why these establishments are advertising to criminals.
