I spent 3 decades in law enforcement most of which was on the street. Every female police officer that came along had issues. They were timid in most physical situations or lacked strength and stamina. They didn’t like showing up for training and had constant issues qualifying with firearms even with customized equipment. More than a few would fail then blame everybody around them for being sexist or biased somehow against them. Lowering the standards in both law enforcement and the military has been a colossal failure.
Female cops should be writing parking tickets, not on the streets trying to arrest thugs.
Would you prefer that they club him into unconsciousness and choke him out?
I would say I’d rather not pay four females to do what two males would automatically be expected to accomplish in what we see above or be suspended to see why not or told to find another career. And if the perp had thought there was some danger of a billy club coming down, he would have cooperated. We have become a lawless – yes, lawless country because of all sorts of ideas about what a crook can do and what an officer MAY NOT DO, no matter the provocation.

This is a embarrassment! 4 women? Could not contained 1 man? Really? They were out of shape for sure they did not try! To run after him! How sad for their community ! Men or men! but they are very much needed! I have two sons. they are not toxic. If I am in trouble don’t send a righteous whining feminist. Send a policeMAN, FireMAN, Trooper MAN. Some one that can save me! I like this idea. Not tiny weak woman.
Maybe they will decide to put male and female officers together to handle arrests. They definitely need more training in tactics. They are too timid and need more strength and maybe a little attitude and don’t be afraid. Do your job, or find another.
