Please tell Nancy that after over 30 years in Congress she should know that our form of Government is not a “Democracy” and she should know that demented or not. The foundational concepts that define a Constitutional Federal Republic are clearly present:
“Constitutional” is implied through the supremacy of the Constitution as the “supreme law of the land”, established in Article VI.
“Federal” is defined in the Constitution’s structure, particularly in Article I, Section 8, which outlines powers delegated to the federal government, while the Tenth Amendment reserves powers not granted to the federal government to the states or the people.
“Republic” is explicitly referenced in Article IV, Section 4, which guarantees every state a “Republican Form of Government”, affirming that the U.S. is a republic.
If one is in Congress one should know this but they don’t because they are politicians & grifters. The Bible says that Evil Destroys Itself, just read the Psalms.
