The only thing about the Penny case I’m curious about is why NYC allowed a man who had been arrested 40+ times back out on the streets………
To those who cared for or loved the black subway suspect, where were any of you during one of his 42 arrests? (Also why was he released 42 times!) Where were you fine folks so you could have sent him down a better path? If you love him now that he’s dead, why couldn’t you love him while he was alive?
