Eat healthy, exercise, take vitamin tabs and baby aspirin, eat fermented food such as Sauerkraut & kimchi, take one spoon of extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar, drink kefir and matcha green tea and sleep well. That’s what I’ve done and just celebrated my 80th birthday lately.
