Roll your window down. Can I see your license and insurance. Do you know you were speeding. If you do not. I clocked you at such and such. You were going this. He refused to keep the window down. The officer asked for his License and Insurance. For one, he was speeding. Second. He may not agree with that, but it’s basic. You give the Officer the License and Insurance. He turned that into a big deal. Then they asked him to step out of the car. He refused. What he really is saying, I can speed, not give you my License and Insurance, ignore you when the Officer asks him to step out of the vehicle. I see no racism. I just see a dumb individual, disrespecting the law and the Officer. Then claiming the Officer should be fired. Individual needs a class on basic people skills. And a ticket.
