as many have said it is time to completely shut down the fbi/cia/atf and start over with a new law that make it a felony for any government paid person to lie to an american citizen. further if they lie there is no court required nor is there any need to a cop. simply arrest them yourself and hand the criminal liar over the the prosecutor and have a tape or witness of the lie.
