this is why there needs to be an 80% cut to all agencies except border patrol. this shoudl include all military black project and money provided to colleges.
further the federal government needs to cut support to all states by 80% and make a law that says no state may tax more the 10% of total income via property tax, sales, tax, gas tax, capital gains and fees.
Then use the savings to pay down the debt and create tax reductions.
