Nobody in their right mind wants the least qualified Doctor, Surgeon, Attorney, Pilot or Aviation Mechanics.
And to push them into situations where their skills and competency are not viable is criminal at the least.This stuff is golden material. I’ve worked in a company that went overboard with the “feelings” stuff and hiring incompetent staff based on what demographic they permitted them to check in a spreadsheet. Terrible.
