I believe the gov’t has had the technology to do this, since the 1950s, at least. If guns don’t affect “beings”, then it may be machinery. I saw miles of land & a lake lit up for a few seconds, in west Texas 1973. Ran outside, no plane, no sound, just a starry night. I’ll never forget it. It wasn’t a helicopter searchlight & it stayed on too long to be lightning. I’ve seen 3 unexplainable things in Texas, including 2 crafts. Something’s going on.
I feel sorry for those poor people. They live a simple life and now fear for their lives.
