How can the FBI refuse to answer questions by Congress, and not be charged with “Contempt of Congress”?
The Judiciary Committee, should have the ability to extract the information asked for, when asked for DIRECTLY. Refusing to answer as an individual of an Agency is blocking a Congressional investigation and IS already a crime. It was brought up in the impeachment, MORE than once. Why is it not a crime now? This individual should have been charged with contempt of Congress… AS has been done before.
