majority of Haitians have NO education, not limited, not grade school…NONE.
Biden offered cash incentives to hire them. I had to attempt to train quite a few in a food plant. One of the 2 that spoke english had remnants of Hansens disease, and had to wear a face mask as a result.
Most just stood around or hid to avoid work.
At a job fair we turned away MANY Dominicans because they spoke no english…in a plant with over a hundred spanish speakers to effectively lead them. Yet over a dozen Haitians hired for 4 shifts with just 2 that could translate. Nice enough folks, but hardly irreplaceable..or even assets.
