What free speech has Trump targeted? The only thing that comes close to what you are stating is his comments about making it unlawful to burn the flag. IMO that is never going to pass the Supreme Court, even if Congress enacts a law. Things like flag burning are distasteful and insulting to the Country but feel-good laws should never be passed when they cannot stand Constitutionally.
